Scient is an eBusiness systems consulting firm—providing professional services on end-to-end development. As Scient (and the internet economy) exploded in size, there were never enough time or resources to revamp the corporate site in-house. Eventually, a master-plan was hatched... we all had grand visions for a big bang which would take 6-12 months to complete—but first we decided to perform a quick revamp, called "little bang".
The result was a drastically-improved version of the site, with refined design (which would later be used by "big bang"), but was still relying on the old site's architecture.

"day in the life" of a scient colleage page. very much like evijhserf 2.0, the flash strategy is to have a parent movie load in more flash or text content as the user moves throughout the site. this has the pleasant side effect of smooth "page" transitions.
