i was hoping the exhibition gala on thursday was going to be 10 times as funky.
the kebab that i ate ate 430am thursday night was definitely a bit too funky.
i was feeling pretty funky friday night, but had to work all day and all night.
as i enjoyed my lunch today, watching the fowl frolic during a brief patch of sunshine at finsbury park, i felt like i was coming down with a funky flu.
my home office smells a bit funky right now, as i’ve spent nearly 48 continuous hours here.

in 2002, clubbing is an integral part of gay life. it allows 40yo bears to get sex, it allows 30yo scene queens to socialize an gossip, it allows 17yo bois to escape their families and discover themselves. in the 60′s and 70′s it was doubly significant — homosexuality was not legal, accepted or acknowledged generally. there were no gay films, gay televison shows, gay role models and few gay freedoms.
